Because great leaders (and by great, I mean a leader who has ruled a country and tried to expand it; commanded a grand army; wages war against super countries without fear; one who has formulated his own ideals and influenced his people with it; his power felt worldwide; not on the grounds whether he was good or evil since morality I believe is based upon a person's own point of view) have smooth flirting moves too.
